Then you will feel the ache and pains more which will propel you to drink another pill and the And result will be the same. Whether you are experiencing a head ache or body ache doesn’t matter. You need to do something about it to feel better and to stop it from occurring again. Here are simple techniques that you can use to get rid of various aches and pains in your body.
First make sure that you lie down comfortably and see how the pain is progressing. If the pain that you feel is still sharp and concentrated on a single part of your body, then you may have a serious problem and it is best that you contact your doctor. However, if the pain feels generalized all over; then it may be best to treat it overall.
Take a hot shower as this usually helps with most aches and pains. A hot shower will allow your body’s muscles and tendons to relax and this will usually reduce the amount of pain that you may feel all over. Try to make the water as hot as possible.
Sometimes getting into a dark, cool place will allay most pains associated with your head, neck and shoulders. Sometimes a simple headache can affect your shoulder region and that may be the cause of the overall pain that you may be feeling. Lay down in cool, dark place for an hour to see if it helps.
In some cases, lying down with your feet propped up will help greatly as many times your feet will be the cause of the over all pain. As your feet go up, the heart will relax and the body’s blood flow will be less restrained and more free. Hence, your tissues and organs will receive the blood, nutrients and the oxygen that it needs as this will usually lessen the pain.
